Canada prides itself on its inclusivity. But little has been written about the lived experiences of LGBTQ2S police officer. Joe L. Couto set out to change that through two research projects, one which sought to "give voice" to gay cops in the Province of Ontario and another which focused on female officers and the intersectionality between gender and sexual orientation. Joe will discuss his findings and what they mean for police organizations, police personnel, and LGBTQ2S communities
