Allard Feddes is by training a social psychologist with a specialization in the area of conflict and cooperation between social groups.
He received his M.A. in Social and Organizational Psychology from the University of Groningen (the Netherlands, 2004) and his PhD in Social Psychology from the Friedrich Schiller University Jena (Germany, 2007).
He conducts research on psychological processes involved in prejudice, stereotyping, and discrimination. He works as a post-doctoral researcher at the Department of Psychology at the University of Amsterdam (the Netherlands).
